Fur & Feather Eyebrook

Our last outing for the 2021 season, held at Eyebrook.

First on parade were Dave and Josie Porter, with some very welcome mugs of tea for the arriving anglers. The day’s weather was not too bad for the time of year, a gentle WSW breeze across the lake with light cloud cover, and the odd sunny spell. Conditions looked good, but not many of the early boats out were catching. The day was fished to a 2 fish limit, and at the weigh-in the 9 anglers, accounted for 50 fish in total, giving a very respectable rod average of 5.5.

Top rod for the day was Ian Bradfield, and 2nd man was new England Team Member Steve Radcliffe.

Yet again a tasty stew was served up by Pauline and her crew, a fitting end to a good day out.
